ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
Students will be working alongside the current administrative clerk and jointly provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals. Involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures, students will learn to deal with telephone and email enquiries, photocopy and print various documents, organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information, create and maintain filing and other office systems, keep diaries and arrange appointments, book meeting room and conference facilities, order and maintain stationery and equipment, and organize travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.

MARKETING AND SALES OFFICE
Students will be involved in a variety of projects working alongside the line manager and the customer service team. Students will learn how to identify and anticipate the needs and wants of New Generation Hostel potential market, assisting in marketing strategies. The role will include a client-facing aspect which will show students excellent communication and interpersonal skills – via email, telephone and in meetings. Students will also learn how to provide support and assistance across various teams, help with general project tasks, which may involve working across project, management, digital and marketing communications. Students will assist in providing necessary market information and other facts necessary to address briefs, offer creative input and suggestions, upload and update websites, handle a range of digital media, edit photographs, upload videos and manage online content, conduct social media related research, develop organizational skills, formulate a content calendar, manage timelines and help organizing and hosting events and exhibitions.
