Students can benefit from training in the following areas:
CAFETERIA
Students will be working alongside the bartender on duty and will learn to greet guests, present the menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages. Students will actively take orders, give enticing suggestions, conduct full and complete food/wine/beverage service, and monitor guests’ dining experience. Students will maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation, and sourcing.
