The Night Guardian assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding security standards, as well as preserving outstanding interior and exterior of the building and sustain equipment.

As a member of the Welcome Crew Team, your hostel will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The night guardian’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Close the doors at the hostel and wait for the calls of customers outside
- Check all guests i.d. before letting them enter the hostel (after hours) 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- Stock storage
- Keep clean all common areas
- Keep clean equipment
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Take out and empty trash
